I know that, that is what we thought.
But why would class 1-7 allow BS to be paid off the top?
What if the settlement doesn't pay 1-7 in full? They and the BK CT, would not allow BS to take 30% off the top

Let's say for example, the settlement is 75m.

BS gets 22.5m off the top and class 1-7 s to figure out who's getting the "haircut" because there is only 52.5m left?
I don't think that would fly.

I think 62m comes off the top, THEN 30% to BS, then we get ours. Scraps divided by 29.43M.

The "Scraps" should be 96.6m, paying us $3.28.
