I am VERY keen on actions and the actions in UWBKQ tell me a lot and I will go out on a limb and say the actions are VERY positive!

I say this because in this bankruptcy case where so much has happened between both sides over several years and all of a sudden since the appeal was pulled, everything is SO QUIET, one could hear a church mouse making droppings.

It is as if this is all done and ALL OF THE PLAYERS ARE SATISFIED waiting for a legal time frame to pass which could be just the final claims date.

I would also assume there will be no issues with this date of 7/23. IMHO, this COULD ONLY happen VIA a SETTLEMENT, otherwise there would be NOISE!

Now for the Naysayers who want to question and yes I know what it is...does this settlement include ALL PLAYERS and I say yes, it does!
