You know who the big investor was. Anyone who wants to find out the details only needs to go to the post right here in IHUB for back in 2006-08 and spend a few days reading. It's a lot of reading but the information is all there. They can find out who the investors were, who got shafted, etc.
Also the bank record is very clear and the bookkeeping records in QB match the bank record. And there are electronic and paper files that show all the chicanery. Unfortunately we have a government more interested in using law enforcement agencies like the IRS and SEC as part of the political crap game instead of enforcing the laws.
