I Can also imagine a prospective investor doing their own DD and not buy this either !!

Better that they see there's two Very Different sides to this story.
Not just a bunch of over exaggerated optimism..
Let them see there is issues here then they can do their own DD and decide for THEMSELVES !!

I'm not on here telling people not to buy this .
