If it will make you feel better then when discussing SIRG with you I'll always refer to them as being a potential mining company. It really doesn't matter one way or the next to me.

Now show us proof that Rod is using SIRG as an ATM machine. Regardless of whether he is a booking agent or anything else from A to Z does not mean he is taking money from the company. If him being a booking agent or anything else from A to Z does show he is taking money from SIRG, then show the proof. A claim made is a claim that should be proven. Thus far you have failed.
