That is not true. I have owned Pinky company's that have done Reverse Splits with an O/S of just 200 million shares. SNDY has 851 million shares in its O/S and 950 million in its A/S. Shareholders better keep an eye out for the next A/S increase to around 1.5 billion as SNDY's addiction to dilution shows no sign of stopping.
