Please, a non-reporting company company announces that it is planning to go OTCQB (which could take years given the ARTS books) and the have a MOU to distribute a product that's already available at Radio Shack, and online biggies (eBay, amazon, etc), and over 25% of the AS (1,000,000,000+ shares) get traded in a month and there's no print shop?
