I sent an email last April for Ed to reduce AS and clarify OS and float. Never got a reply: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=87189977
I imagine he is keeping the AS high and restricted to avoid a hostile takeover, similar to a poison pill. I also think when things are put in order and MYEC is getting revenues from it's transaction fees, the AS will be reduced.
I don't post a lot on Ihub, since I'm not a Chatty Cathy, but think MYEC will be a huge gainer for a long time to come.
