Zuckerberg IPO'd his company with a reasonable OS count. If FB fell to sub penny via more shares that he would since have accumulated, it would be a savvy move to then retire them upon bringing FB back from the dead.

It's not a good comparison what-so-ever.

Not many companies fall from grace like MYEC has, and then go back. It's my opinion MYEC will. It's excruciatingly rare.
