YA will absolutely vote FOR both proposal #5 and #6. It is irrational to assume otherwise.

The only way YA doesn't vote FOR #6 is if they are 100% certain they have enough votes to win #5 and that may be true if the Series C is allowed to vote and that the total votes cast may exceed 5 billion (which is what I expect).
