Every time Loch/CDEx brings in a new CEO/Frontman it is when they've ran out of money and new PP prospects with the current CEO.

When that happens, a new CEO appears, praised and glorified by the stock promoters to bring new hope to the existing shareholders and con new PP suckers (ex, the OPG) into THROWING THEIR MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN.

IT HAS NEVER HAPPEN ANY OTHER WAY.

Of course, this is ALWAYS accompanied by the introduction of a new product that will be brought to market 'shortly' by none other then Wade Poteet and his 'team'.
