We all sure hope that you are right! This will be damaging for sure, but I am guessing that the SEC will find that there are two sides to this story.

I am just guessing now that RVPL has filed suit against Marv that we won't get any more information out of either one of them. I'm not an attorney, but I would guess that neither will want to discuss the matter until it is resolved. Am guessing that the next information we will receive will be the quarterly report discussing matters prior to April 30, which won't be of much use to us.

From the suspensions data provided, it looks like the damage is already done.
