Looks like a private dispute gone public. Members of this board have vetted the information contained in the SEC filings. Who knows what is happening on the periphery though.

I believe that RVPL will have all the necessary information to satisfy the SEC, but the data posted from tdbowieknife paints a grim picture for shareholders.
