Yep--N suspended for being derelict in their SEC reporting obligations for almost 10 years...
will "emerge" on the grey sheets on Aug 1 with no quotes...
there it will stay until a broker/dealer submits a Form 211 on their behalf to FINRA to satisfy SEC Rule 15c2-11---part of which is current fins...better odds to hit the powerball
a more likely outcome will be the eventual revocation of the securities' registration---at which point it will no longer trade...
