I have to assume the problem with N, Jeff must have issues shares for debt. Or shares because he know people. Shares that were never created.
How does a guy hold shares that were never legal if created.
Same screw job Jeff suffers at the hands of Dean.
Now the question for N, who's holding shares that may disappear in the very near future.
That's one hell if a bummer notice from n'a attorney and T/A that they hold invalid shares and to take their claim up with the original issuer.
N will be off the hook very soon.
