How do we know if the Accountants providing the "attest services" to the registrant was not the whistleblower?

The Accounting firm that was engaged to provide the "attest services" to the registrant is obligated by law or rule not to provide you as an individual with answers.

Somebody turned in the registrant to the commission. Somebody has evidence for the commission justify invoking Section 12(k).

This one is going regulatory.
