I mean 25 million is not massive when it comes to stock shares !!

25 million shares is very massive when it comes to shares, look at the current PPS. That represents 62.5 million dollars for a company that does not even do one million in revenue a year lol. It's not a theory that requires logic, it is just math. That is massive dilution and we are only talking about 250 share holders converting 1 preferred share (and again, that is not enough shareholders for uplist requirements).
