Not arguing the point, but aren't Sirius and XM sattelite radio sold in both Best Buy and Circuit City? There would be no need for an exclusive as people are not going to go to CC just to buy a GZFX membership. I believe the difference might be that Best Buy bought into NetFlix. IMO if CC were to buy into GZFX there would have to be a filing as a material event. Also,as it stands now, if they bought in by buying a zillion shares GZFX would have to register more shares unless the GGI agreement was to be terminated. May sound strange, but I doubt if GZFX would want CC to buy shares to a great extent as it would not take too many bought at this low pps to loose control.
