zenus you have no concept of how large my business world is but the fact is I have read those contracts and hundreds of others. They are not that hard to understand. If you read Sloan's latest declaration he says virtually nothing. He says he signed some stuff and says nothing about other stuff he also clearly signed. What he did was sign something TMM pushed him to sign that shows a bad memory and is substantially crushed by other factual documents he signed that are in evidence. Win, win for him, he doesn't have to actually lie since he gives no useful information. If this does go to trial and he is dragged into court, watch his memory improve quickly.
