Well IMO I don't think it's chasing at this point. the company as I mentioned in another post is still under cash with minimal debt. I plan on getting a starter and seeing which way she goes before I ramp up to my full position. That way I have funds to buy in either direction! I would rather average up than average down but that's my viewpoint. Everyone needs their on set of rules...
