That's possible also, now if you have a brokerage account with Charles Schwab, Scottrade, etc. you'll still have access to the NYSE, NASDAQ, Amex, etc....there are also special accounts offered by brokerage firms to participate in foreign markets (ask your brokerage to confirm that)... And yes you'll have to adjust to whatever time zone you choose to trade in different foreign markets
