Really?......but at what cost?

from the report: Other Intel® Architecture Group revenue of $942 million, down 3.7 percent sequentially and down 15.0 percent year-over-year.

Are Tablets and Handsets in this Group?.....if so, is Intel paying OEMs to use Intel kit?
