NP drm, I know it gets frustrating. I had a pretty embarassing moment with my Uncles' family yesterday. I was showing them the website after giving them the gift card. The site was slow, giving no page found errors on some searches, and everything they wanted was short wait or high demand. Needless to say, not a good first impression. I emailed Customer sercice already and gave them a piece of my mind. I'm also going to forward it to Chip, I believe John F. is out on vacation right now, must be nice.
