1. Surgical centers beginning operations in 30-60 days
2. Technical chart of SVFC is showing strong support at the 20 day MA
3. Significant accumulation of the stock since July
4. People associated with the company...Dr. Andrews, the Allen & Co Managing Director, etc etc.
5. And for the many other reasons posted by members of this board who have done solid DD.
