It should be since IMO Q shares went to bring it down.
But I would assume on paper Joe controls it.
It's in great hands to be flushed out. Old debt and aR/S.
It should be a clean low float reporting shell in ThinkPink's arsenal.

Just my opinion.
Why would Q want it? It's only worth is the claim against M/S and Mike K.
M/S is showing everyday to be nothing but a money hole to keep Mike's foundation alive.
