Meh, there are much better ones to trade than this.

As an investment?

Laughable. The company has done little but dilute any value.

As a PP or CD seller?

If one were to do that, it would behoove them to tout q as a solid investment, a legit business, in the hopes of fleecing people out of their money.

Immoral, IMO, but some get off on jerking people around and taking their money.
