Stagnated is not the proper attitude...The PPS is reacting as expected by knowledgeable investors as the lunch room crowd has made exit because there has not been any recent fluff PRs and the real big money is waiting for actual roll-out in January.....intelligent risk takers are holding things up at this time...BB//BB
