Trying to figure out the end game here. Stock is pegged at zero bid for over a month. Most likely 6 billion o/s out of 10 billion a/s and Grable makes a point of doubling the a/s to 20 billion yet no mention of another R/S or any reason why the increase is needed.
Your reasoning makes some sense. She owns 51% in the form of preferred shares and the additional 10 billion a/s will cover that. So what is the plan? Convert the 10 billion shares at .00005 then R/S 1000:1 to 10 cents and then start dumping all the way back down to zero before turning off the lights and catching the next plane to Kuwait?
