No, that counted the converts that just got paid off with 3M shares of CTIC. The number as of COB today was just over 200M.

BUT, I am glad I passed. It turns out that $100M (just over half) of the CVR is hopeless. That leaves people chasing about .40 down the road based on SPPI's performance with the drug.

And SPPI is still spinning BS. They canceled the trial of Zev against Ritux because they felt no need for it??? I guess Zev sales are just so good that they need no data.
