The flight school was actually at the center of the original scam.

Remember all of the talk about building plans and permits for expansion, and how they were going to have foreign students and make millions/year?

Then when that story stopped selling they moved on to the big conglomerate of vlj's, tigerfish, air repair, helo parts, MS, etc.

Hindsight has shown that Dean never intended to do ANY of those. He just had to keep the story alive.

To Joe's credit, he has actually worked on improving the flight school. However, it isn't there yet, and the story is so tainted and rotten by the past that it won't sell.

My personal feelings are that I could walk away IF QASP could get free of the toxic debt and show that they truly are on a path to become a reputable business.

However, until the typical pinky P&D tactics stop being employed to sell shares, I'll be hard to convince that anything has changed.

Joe tried to get it going with the RS and totally wiping out the prior shareholders. IF this is going to turn around, it will probably take at least one more time, unless they can convince someone with deep pockets that this will work...
