Risk, the only reason the price is still high (relative) is because LM keeps sucking in buyers with her nonsense PRs. That is what she wants to do with the reverse. Plain and simple. Pop is just arguing because he most likely has a management angle here.

No one should be buying this in hopes of finding value. Laura is getting over $40,000 a MONTH to sucker people. Best thing we can do is accept this is dead money, and hope to warm other buyers to end this scheme.
