There are 141MM Series E Shares that convert at a 15:1 ratio, that's roughly another 2.2B Common Shares that are for sale.

Added to the current 2B A/S, is a total of 4.2B, I was being nice. LOL

Wasn't the 2nd Quarter filing due yesterday? LMFAO Late again is GDSM....

We already know that 4MM Series E were converted to 60MM common and dumped last year, who knows how many more have been converted. From June 22-June 27 there were 60MM+ shares dumped.
