What Audited Financials would that be? GDSM has not had Audited Financials in its existence, nor has it filed Tax Returns. So anything printed in the Financials is made up by GDSM, because here in Pennyville, NOTHING is verified by a reputable organization.

There are 295,000,000 shares missing from the 2012 filings? How do you suppose Mike explains that to the shareholders?
