I got two, sorta conflicting opinions on that today: Jennifer Fainer (sp)(who Sandy Minik talked to before issuing today's PR) at NASD confirmed today last day for divs, but said I'd have to talk to my broker about selling before the 29th and still receiving the divs. Another call led to regional office, where I was told the TA will record all owners as of close of today and that's what counts, so, yes, I could sell next week and still be on the list for the divs.

I truly don't know, but that's what I was told...
