I don't know harmon, I don't know....anyway just got off the phone with Randy in IRs and he clarified a few questions for me...

1. What is the status of the financial audits?
ans: working on 2012, possibly completed this week.

2. When do you expect to up list to a higher exchange?
ans: Once the financial audits are complete, should take an additional 2-3 weeks to up list to the OTCQ.

3. Do you intend to PR the f500 / f1000 partnerships, and will there be a simultaneous news release by said partners?
ans: Yes to both.

4. What time frame should investors be looking at for these plans to come to fruition, 6-12 months?
ans: We are thinking sooner, but cannot provide definite dates.

Well, all of my questions are answered. The IR guy is very nice, I left a message for him and he called me back and answered every question that he legally could. Hope this helps guys.
