I would suspect many new shares. Anyone "investing" needs to keep in mind that the common shares are only worth what they can be pawned off for. They own virtually 0% of the company when the conversion and voting rights of the preferred A's are considered... To lend perspective, the preferred A's, if converted one at a time, would convert into over 9 trillion trillion common shares....
