Who would lease the rig

Van one of the items you pointed out is the special committee looking at rig lease instead of HRT going the 4th well without a partner. Might Tower Repol be a candidate to take an early rig in the exact area they want at a great price point? I think they are ready to go but to tie up a rig takes over a year. But if HRT doesnt drill the 4th well it might make sense for somebody ready to go on 1 well to take it. What are your thoughts on that.
