I personally don't expect to see any new promos. I think the newer share issuances have all been restricted, so no reason to pump.
I also believe that once this seller is finished, the float will remain constant and pretty well locked up until a S1 filing frees up some more shares.
It's tough for the seller to exit with no volume...
