It's not surprising that some sort of promo was employed. Often those buying discounted shares promote them to try and make money.
What I do find interesting, however, is the way the seller is not willing to drop below the low 4's. The reason I find this interesting is because it matches almost exactly the price that I saw on a document covering a sale of sntl shares over a year ago. I would surmise that someone probably paid about .042/share and they're not willing to take a loss, but they are willing to part with them if they can break even. Pure speculation, but not much else to do while we wait...
