I understand that Murry. They told me sometime back that I must maintain 25k in equity (cash or a marginable security). Two different Apex reps told me this on two different days. I called and asked because i was well over the 25k requiremnt but a-trade was flagging me as a day trader.

Today I call and ask and am told that the flags dont matter so long ast the total account value is over 25k.

To be honest...I dont trust them. The system should be set to remove the "flag" if said account exceeds 25k in assets.

If i get flagged as a day trader and get restricted to closing day transactions....I would be one pissed of Mo-f'er.
