Because nobody knows. This is all based on the fairytale Wesson spun to cover his own ass, regarding his incompetency and failure in his task while serving as the chairman of JBI's board.

No qualified person on the planet would think of joining the board of a money-losing penny stock like JBI, with all its baggage. Not in a million years.
