Exactly, Many take there time and complete on a schedule that meets their needs, all I did was ask about the program and you will find they tell you all you need to know. Also if I remember they said you pay as you go through the process, not many can afford the $45k all at once so all schools will have programs and you pay for programs as you get through the whole course. It is a great way for all schools to ensure you get paid for your services and be able to have a steady stream of income. It is a really great system that is used by most.
Now with SEVIS, they can have classes being ran all day everyday on a nice steady steam, getting them in and out in a fashion that benefits both company and student. Oh and they pay more AND ALL UPFRONT! It gets even better, think about all the extras that are involved with this, there is housing, transportation, ect.. all that these good folks will need when they arrive. the potential that can come from that is just huge! So see the company would grow at a very fast rate and the profit and PPS would reflect that. IMO
