No real good fix on the float, but IIRC 3 large shareholders, including the CEO owned 90% of the stock not long ago 
Catalysts? Don't know, but steady buying now that it has just been uplisted to NASDAQ is expected. Oldtimers, pre R/M like me are holding many of the <10% float at $20/share still.
They have a huge hoard, war chest of cash....so plenty of time to run it way up IMHO
