Interesting thanks. I got a response from IR on my inquiry whether the company was diluting through VNDM lately. They said it's definitely not the company selling shares but rather that there are some earlier investors who hold a ton of shares and apparently somebody is selling some lately through VNDM.
Take it FWIW, but I believe them because since I own the stock they have never diluted a single share to my knowledge.
