Billmitch, I am cautious as well too. However, my comment always gets bypassed and no one expounds on it. If Group 8 owns 86 Million shares, why would they finance $1.5 Mil in light of the AS increase? Why would they want to see the PPS of their shares to go down? Why would they want to diminish their vested interest in FLPC? There lies the soul searching question !!!
