In the real world, the millions of bucks that JBI spent on equipment cost millions of bucks. The company is failing to fully recognize that cost in CGS. Besides, the equipment appears to be rather delicate and the early replacement of that equipment will again have a real world effect on cash flow.

Less than $10k charged to CGS for depreciation expense in Q1 is indeed nonsense.
