XOMA—One thing that did not cause yesterday’s pop was anything related to the Baker Bros large stake.

Although Baker Bros filed a XOMA Form-4 yesterday, the purpose of the filing was strictly technical: a change in the legal structure of Baker Bros from an LLC corporation to a partnership. Baker Bros did not add any XOMA shares recently, as can be seen by the table in #msg-85514239.
