We've all heard this nonsense for over 2 years now from GDSM, uplisting, mergers, jv's, loi's blah blah blah. And NOTHING!

GDSM is a FAKE operation that has nothing, and will continue down that path regardless of what crook is the CEO. Ask one simple question:

Would you go into business with GDSM? Trust them with millions of your hard earned dollars? I think not! And seeing that GDSM has no Audited Financials or Tax Returns for 2+ years, there is not a way to put a value on a Corporation without them, period.

SCAM is the perfect definition for GDSM, they have not earned an honest dollar in 14 years now! And that can be proven, any diatribe about the future is pure speculation, nothing more.

Exactly who do you think paid off the $600K in personal debt for the outbound CEO? SHAREHOLDERS, that's who! With the dumping of hundreds of millions of shares, and nearly 300MM that are STILL MISSING from the financials!
