Personally I think it's horrible, there is not a shred of verifiable information that is believable. Secondly, with his background in banking, where crossing the "T's" and dotting the "i's" are paramount, how could he not have proofread a simple PR to be sure of its integrity? Just a complete joke!

IMO, it's who trained the new CEO that would concern me if I were invested here, act dumb and you don't have to answer the "Ignorant" questions like 295MM missing shares, PR's that NEVER come to fruition, mergers that were made up in someone's mind, LOI's typed up by your own lawyer and PR'd as if there was really anyone interested in taking on over $13MM worth of debt.

The writing is on the wall, there are only so many shades of lipstick.....
