Unless they have received BTD it usually takes 3-4 years for pre-clinical studies and you have to find out all the different issues, causes, and which drug works best with your combination.
For them to say start clinical trials by year end means BTD, imo...
Or they did say Preclinical studies are well underway to explore these combinations, and we look forward to generating and reporting data later this year that could support moving these concepts into the clinic......
Or, could not......Notice nobody asked them when they started these trials? Of course not......AACR was not that long a go, so I would not think these trials are well advanced.
